The philosophy at Phillips Enterprises has been one of continuous investment in leading manufacturing technology. As a result, Phillips Enterprises is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC manufacturing equipment and automated processes at our disposal. This allows us to produce high quality, cost effective products while remaining flexible enough to meet each new creative display design criteria. In an effort to continuously improve; our team constantly reviews new technology in conjunction with our manufacturing processes, searching for opportunities to gain even greater efficiency and ability. Though our displays are custom and each new fixture requires a unique manufacturing process, we believe that this process does not need to consume an excessive amount of time. Our goal is for the design, prototype, and manufacturing of each display project to reach completion as soon as possible. We understand that we are in business to aid in customer success and less time often equates to more merchandise sales. For this reason, we always strive to remain flexible and customer service oriented in our project management and scheduling in order to match customer need. Whether it is an early unit for a showroom, quick turn prototype, or short lead-time manufacturing run, we make every effort to satisfy each unique project requirement.
Quality Assurance
Since each unique display requires an equally unique manufacturing process, maintaining a constant high level of quality is extremely important to Phillips Enterprises. Due to our focus on new technology, our manufacturing equipment is extremely accurate. In addition, Phillips Enterprises has employed a system of checks during the manufacturing process where setups are tested for accuracy, each employee signs off on every manufacturing step performed, and all component parts are inspected prior to packaging. Displays from each manufacturing run are also assembled before completion to ensure quality and proper assembly. In addition to quality controls on manufacturing, Phillips Enterprises takes pride in complete customer satisfaction and stands behind all products produced. |
